Aight, so we are about a quarter of the way into the year and for those of you who have set some weight loss or fitness goals for yourselves might find yourself in a bit of a rut. Losing weight isn’t a speedy or easy process, regardless of what certain reality shows or advertisements like to tell you. So, I give you this image as a reminder of sorts. If you’ve found your momentum waning or if you’ve stopped altogether already, I challenge you to have the kind of mindset reflected in the image above. It’s not about giving up – we never want to give up on ourselves, but rather it’s about starting over. Taking another look at those goals and determining how we’re going to push through the self doubt and the difficult times to reach our destination. You can do it. I know you can.
