Morning Motivation #35 – Fight Through It

I know I’m not the only one that will have a crappy workout sometimes…or a crappy run… The feeling you get afterwards can REALLY suck because you know you can do better. However, keep pushing through and get up and do that sh*t again tomorrow because YOU CAN DO THIS! The bad days are a part of the territory, but it’s what you DO after a bad day that can make all the difference in the world 🙂
