Morning Motivation #32 – Goals

Often fitness goals are tied to weight loss goals. When I think about what I am working towards, I think about being able to run around with my kids one day…being able to lift heavy weights…eating like I know better. Those are my goals. I want to be fit for life, not for a moment in time. Not to fit into a certain dress size. I want to be strong and the best me I can be. Now…what are YOUR goals?
