No running today, but rather I cracked open my P90X set and went for some Yoga X. Now…I haven’t done P90X yet, but when I realized I wasn’t going to go to the gym I figured I’d try to do one of their workouts. Honestly, that was a really awesome yoga session! The sweat was pouring, my muscles were challenged, and I felt thoroughly worked over. The only disappointment was that the DVD skipped/stalled with about 17 minutes left to the workout *sad face*…still, that was about 1 hr 15 min worth of yoga I did today, which was awesome.
Secretly, I want to give the full P90X set a chance…stay tuned because that might be another blog challenge I’m gonna set up for myself.
