Pounds Lost: uncertain, as I think I gained and lost some this month, but it looks like a net loss of about 1-2 lbs

I conquered the Broad St Run!


Miles Covered Year to Date: 281.54 mi

Goals for Last Month: Hit at least 80-90 miles (incomplete), more fun runs (completed), easy long runs (semi-completed), and incorporate cross training back into my schedule (complete)

Goals for This Month: Continued cross-training consistency, more pre-dawn runs, weekly yoga sessions, nightly sessions with the foam roller, hit 80 miles
