Know Your Limits

I’ve definitely reached mine…5 days with nary a run. Not even a slow jog or a walk. And I am HATING it! *sigh* I went and got some epsom salts and rubbing alcohol. Tonight we soak, we rest, we break out the foam roller. Tomorrow, we walk. If only for a mile or two. We walk. Being inactive like this is driving me crazy and I just can’t keep this up for another week. I’ll start out slow, but I will be running again soon (hopefully).
