21 Day Challenge: Day 20

Day 20: Rest

I spent a good portion of today resting and cleaning up around the house once I made it back into town. No running or anything today, though I did have my weekly weigh-in. I gained 0.8 lbs, which isnt that bad at all considering how my eating and exercising have gone this week. This week I’m looking to improve upon some of my challenges from the week prior. Wish me luck!
